Hi There,
My name is Jen, and my goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes beyond simply coaching you through a great workout, this also covers body transformation, performance and functional fitness, strength, weight loss, mindset, motivation and lifestyle.
I’m passionate about helping people define and achieve their goals so they can enjoy their lives to the fullest. This could range from lifting 2.5x your body weight, to teaching busy moms how to meal prep so they can spend more time with their families and everything in between. I love working with people, whether in the gym personal training or coaching clients on nutrition and healthy habits. Because I understand what my clients really want I can provide the perfect environment to give them what they need.
I learned how to be healthy after being severely malnutritioned from a gluten allergy. Once I gained my health back, I went on to compete in multiple National IFCC NPC Bodybuilding shows, and set a world record for the Deadlift! I am always pushing the boundaries of what is possible, so believe me when I say that no dream is too big!
When I’m not coaching clients, I can be found (if you look hard enough) hiking and exploring this wide world and all its wilderness and cultures, checking out live music, creating art at home with friends and family, or searching for a new thrilling experience to try! Check out some of the services HiveBody Fitness offers, and I look forward to working with you!
Love,
Coach Jen
